Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality consultancy and software implementation services. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

· Clients may cancel service agreements within 3 days. Cancellations must be communicated in writing to info@bzisystems.in.

· Refunds are processed for services cancelled within the allowed timeframe. If work has commenced, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the hours/deliverables already executed.

· Refunds will not be entertained after the services has already been completed and delivered.

· Refunds will be processed within 15 business days and returned via the original payment mode.

· Any disputes regarding refunds will be addressed as per mutual discussion or escalated to arbitration under Kolkata jurisdiction.
