Who implements Zoho ERP for Mumbai, and from where?
Our only office is in Kolkata. We do not have a Mumbai office. Several firms that advertise Zoho ERP for Mumbai are also based in other cities, so a Mumbai company is often comparing remote teams. The useful questions are what each has built, what it charges and how it works week to week. This page answers those three for us. Our Advanced partner status is on Zoho's partner directory.
Which Mumbai businesses is Zoho ERP built for?
Zoho launched the product with editions for manufacturing, distribution, retail and non-profits. Around Mumbai that maps to four kinds of company.
| Business | Typical location | What Zoho ERP is used for |
|---|---|---|
| Engineering and component manufacturers | MIDC estates in Andheri and Thane | Sales orders, purchasing, production, stock of raw material and finished goods, despatch with e-invoice and e-way bill |
| Chemical and pharma manufacturers | TTC in Navi Mumbai, Taloja | Raw material and finished goods across stores, production, costing, statutory payroll for plant staff |
| Distributors and stockists | City office with warehouses in Bhiwandi | Purchasing, stock across warehouses, billing, receivables, spend approvals |
| Retail and omnichannel brands | Stores and online channels across the city | One item master and one stock figure across stores and online orders, with accounts in the same system |
A trading house with a single godown and no production rarely needs an ERP. Zoho Books with Zoho Inventory does that job for less, and we say so on the discovery call. See Zoho Books for Mumbai.

| Premium | ₹2,499 per user / month | ₹2,999 | 300,000 transactions a year |

Worked example: a Taloja manufacturer with a Bhiwandi warehouse
This is an illustration with made-up numbers. It does not describe a client.
Take a speciality chemical manufacturer with a plant in Taloja, a finished-goods warehouse in Bhiwandi and a sales office in Andheri. Twelve people need full access: three in accounts, two in purchase, two in stores, two in production planning, two in sales coordination and the owner. Forty plant and warehouse staff only need payslips and leave.
- 12 users on Standard: 12 × ₹999 × 12 months = ₹1,43,856 a year.
- 40 employees on self-service: 40 × ₹249 × 12 months = ₹1,19,520 a year.
- Licence total: ₹2,63,376 a year before GST.
The transaction limit needs a second look. If the company raises 250 invoices a day over 300 working days, that is 75,000 sales invoices a year before purchase bills and other entries are counted, which is close to the Standard limit of 100,000. Confirm with Zoho what counts as a transaction for your account before choosing between Standard and Premium. The same twelve users on Premium would cost 12 × ₹2,499 × 12 = ₹3,59,856 a year.
Implementation is a separate one-time fixed price. For this company the quote would be driven by one plant, two stock locations, the number of items and bills of material, and how clean the Tally data is.
Which Maharashtra and GST requirements does it handle?
| Requirement | What we set up |
|---|---|
| GST and e-invoicing | GSTIN for each registration, tax rates by item, e-invoice generation from the sales invoice |
| E-way bills | Raised with the invoice or the stock transfer, for example when goods move from the plant to the Bhiwandi warehouse |
| TDS | Sections and rates on vendor masters so deduction happens at the bill |
| EPF and ESI | Employee details, contribution rules and monthly reports |
| Maharashtra Professional Tax | Deduction through payroll for staff at your Maharashtra establishments |
| Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund | Employee and employer contributions calculated in payroll for the periods in which they fall due |
Zoho lists GST, e-invoicing, EPF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax and Labour Welfare Fund as covered by Zoho ERP. Rates and due dates are set by the authorities and should be confirmed with your consultant or CA.
How does a Zoho ERP project run for a Mumbai company?
- Count before configuring. You export items, customers, vendors, open orders and a year of vouchers. We report what is in them: duplicate parties, items without prices, stock that does not match the books.
- Agree the process. Order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and plan-to-produce are each written on one page and signed off by the people who run them. This is the workshop most often held on site in Mumbai.
- Clean and migrate masters. Item master, bills of material, customers, vendors, opening stock by location and opening balances.
- Build finance first. Ledgers, GST, banks and billing, reviewed every week on video with your accounts head.
- Add stock and purchasing, then production. One phase at a time, each with its own weekly review and sign-off.
- Parallel run. Accounts run in the old and new systems side by side, and the ledger goes live only after the two match.
- Train by role and support for 30 days. Stores, purchase, production, accounts and owners are trained separately, with recordings kept for new joiners.
Which parts need someone at the plant or warehouse?
Three parts of an ERP project are hard to do well over video: mapping where material physically sits in the stores, following a production order from issue to finished goods, and watching despatch at the gate. For those we hold on-site workshops in Mumbai when the project needs them, and the proposal states which are planned. Everything else runs on a fixed weekly video session, a shared project board and WhatsApp for daily questions, during our hours of Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM.
What does a finished Zoho ERP project look like?
Our published case study is a packaging manufacturer with three plants, three warehouses and about sixty people on Zoho CRM and Zoho ERP. Its location is not disclosed and it should not be read as a Mumbai reference. Before the project, 594 enquiries had produced 17 orders, 600 bills a day were typed by hand, and 76% of 1,618 products had no recorded selling price. The system was built in six phases over six months.

Two named manufacturers, Duratuf Products and BKC Paper, run Zoho One with us. Both are in Eastern India. They are described on the case studies page and our manufacturing page.
What decides the implementation price?
We do not publish a price range for Zoho ERP because the work varies too much between a single-plant company and a group. The quote after discovery is fixed and depends on:
- the number of plants, warehouses and GST registrations;
- the number of items, and whether bills of material exist in a usable form;
- how many sales channels feed orders in, and whether Zoho CRM is part of the project;
- whether payroll moves in the first phase or later;
- the state of the current data.
For comparison, our published benchmark for full Zoho One for a 25-user company is ₹4–8 lakh over 6–12 weeks. Estimate licences for any Zoho product with the pricing calculator, then book the discovery call.
Other locations
This page is for Mumbai. Manufacturers in Eastern India can read Zoho ERP implementation in Kolkata, where workshops are held in person. Zoho ERP is not sold in the Gulf at present; UAE entities are covered on Zoho partner for the UAE. All Mumbai services are listed on Zoho partner for Mumbai.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a Zoho ERP implementation partner in Mumbai?
Several partners serve Mumbai, and some of the firms that rank for the search are based in other cities. Biz Systems is one of them: our office is in Kolkata and we implement Zoho ERP for Mumbai companies remotely, with on-site workshops in Mumbai when a project needs them. You can confirm our Advanced partner status on zoho.com.
What does Zoho ERP cost for a Mumbai company?
Licences, as listed by Zoho on 5 October 2026, are Rs 999 per user per month for Standard and Rs 2,499 for Premium, billed annually, with a minimum of five users. Employee self-service is Rs 249 per employee per month. Our implementation fee is separate and is quoted as a fixed price after discovery.
Does Zoho ERP handle Maharashtra Professional Tax and Labour Welfare Fund?
Zoho lists Professional Tax and Labour Welfare Fund among the Indian compliance items covered by Zoho ERP, along with GST, e-invoicing, EPF, ESI and TDS. During setup we map your Mumbai establishments and salary structures so the Maharashtra deductions are calculated in payroll and appear in the statutory reports.
Can a factory in Taloja or Thane be implemented without the consultant on site?
Most of it can. Finance, purchasing, item masters and reports are built and reviewed on weekly video sessions. The parts that depend on seeing the floor, such as store locations, the route material takes through production and despatch at the gate, are covered in on-site workshops in Mumbai when the project needs them.
How long does a Zoho ERP implementation take?
It depends on the number of plants, warehouses and sales channels. As a guide, the packaging manufacturer in our published case study, with three plants, three warehouses and about sixty people, was built in six phases over six months. A single-plant Mumbai company with one warehouse has less to cover.
Should a Mumbai distributor choose Zoho ERP or Zoho Books with Zoho Inventory?
If the business is one company with one or two warehouses, simple purchasing and no production, Zoho Books with Zoho Inventory is usually enough and costs less. Zoho ERP earns its price when you need purchasing controls, several warehouses, production, payroll and budgeting under one system. We give a plain recommendation on the discovery call.
Is Zoho ERP available outside India?
At present Zoho ERP is sold for India only. A Mumbai group with a trading entity in Dubai would run the Indian company on Zoho ERP and the UAE entity on the UAE edition of Zoho Books, with combined reporting in Zoho Analytics.
