Zoho One is a single subscription that bundles Zoho's business apps. One login, one admin panel and one bill cover the tools each department needs.

The bundle includes more apps than these. Because they share one customer list, one item list and one employee list, a figure entered in one department is the figure every other department sees. The price is fixed in a written proposal after the discovery call. It moves within the range based on three things: how many departments go live, how much old data has to be cleaned and migrated, and how many integrations are needed. The Zoho One subscription is bought by you from Zoho, in your company's name, and is not part of our fee. You stay the owner of the account and the data, and we are added as implementers.

Zoho One works best where several departments each need software and none of them talk to each other today.
- Business houses with a city head office and units outside it. Many tea, jute, paper, steel and engineering companies keep a head office in central Kolkata while gardens, mills and plants are elsewhere. Zoho One gives the head office the same sales, accounts and HR data the units see.

How does Zoho One handle HR and payroll in West Bengal?
Zoho People covers attendance, leave, shifts and appraisals. Zoho Payroll calculates salaries with PF, ESI and TDS. West Bengal employers also deduct Professional Tax and contribute to the state Labour Welfare Fund, and both are configured during the payroll phase from the current state notifications.

Zoho One, single apps or Zoho ERP?
As a working rule from our projects, Zoho One is worth pricing when three or more departments will use it. Below that, single apps usually cost less, so compare both on the calculator before buying.
